Register & Account

Everyone active in the fashion/optical industry can register an account with us.

Creating an account at Fasely Wholesale enables you to shop faster, keep track of your order status, and access previous order history.

Click on the Register button you see in the upper right side of our website. Then, fill in all your information. After that, double-check to make sure everything you entered is accurate. If everything looks perfect, just click on the "Create account" button.

It only takes a few steps to reset your password. Select ‘Forgot your password’ on the login page. Then reset a new password.

Carefully check your login details. Ensure the email address matches the one you registered with, and that the password is correct. Also, make sure your browser accepts cookies. This issue might be due to our system maintenance; if so, please wait 15 minutes and then try logging in again. If you still cannot access your account, please contact our Customer Service and report the problem.

After logging in, you can edit your account details:

1) Edit your profile

2) Add or update your address management

3) Change your password

Note: The registered email address cannot be changed.

Subscribe on the "Newsletter Sign Up" part. This lets you stay updated on weekly news, promotions, and new items!

Before placing your order, you can see how many credits you have in your account. You can enter the amount you want to use, just enter the appropriate amount in the input box above, and then click “Apply Balance” on the right.

Order

1. Sign into your account.

2. To add items you want, click "add to cart" for each one.

3. When you're finished choosing products, go to the shopping cart icon in the top right corner.

4. This will show you what's in your cart and your order details. Double-check everything, including your personal information, and make any necessary changes.

5. Pick how you'd like to pay, and then complete your order.

6. We'll send you an email to confirm your order.

No MOQ requirement. You can try our products and services more easily.

You get bulk discounts on all products on our website.

5% Off orders €500+

8% Off orders €1000+

11% Off orders €3000+

After you place your order, you'll get an order confirmation right away. If you don't see the email, look in your spam folder. Can't find it there either? It seems there was a problem when you entered your information. Go to your account and double-check, making any needed changes. If you still haven't received the order confirmation, even though everything is correct, please email at service@fasely.com. We'll get back to you as soon as we can.

If the items are still not packed, the order can be adjusted or canceled. However, it is not possible to cancel finalized orders once the items are prepared. Items in your confirmed order cannot be exchanged nor can items be added to a finalized order. Any additions to your order need to be placed on a separate order.

You can add discount codes to your cart at the very end of checkout. Just go to the page where you choose your shipping address and billing info – that's where you enter the code.

No need. We only require customers with Billing and/or shipping from/to California, to submit a copy of their California Resale Permit to be kept on file with us.

Payments

Orders totaling less than €5000:

Orders totaling €5000 or more:

Must be paid by a Wire Transfer only.

The currencies that we can accept are USD, GBP, EUR.

If you're from an EU country and didn't give your VAT number while making your shipping address, you'll need to pay VAT tax during checkout. The tax amount changes based on which EU country you're in.

Customs in your country will charge taxes following their rules. You have to learn more about these rules in advance. If there are any such charges, you have to pay them. If you refuse a package because of import taxes or fees, you may have to cover all costs for sending it back, any customs charges, and handling fees.

Image of Products

YES! Our customers can use all our pictures, no problem. These pictures are of our products, products on models, and even ones we've shared on Instagram. If you show our pictures on social media, please tag us – we'd be thrilled!

The first method is using Google Chrome extensions - "Image Downloader" to choose what images you want on our site and download all images at once. The second method is contact us at service@fasely.com , so we'll send you the file links.
