5% Off orders €500+

8% Off orders €1000+

2. Orders Processing

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

Orders are not processed after business hours, on weekends or on holidays.

*Please note that processing times are NOT guaranteed as delays can occur.

Shipping

1. Free Shippings

Free shipping over €99 in European countries and North America and over €199 in other regions.

Note: There will be an option to ship at a faster rate at the checkout with added shipping charge.


2. Shipping Charges

You can view shipping costs as you add items to your cart and proceed to checkout. Shipping costs are based on your country of residence and the weight of your package, ensuring fair and transparent rates.

*For possible customs clearance fees, VAT, and import duties will be the responsibility of the recipient of the goods.


3. Shipping Time

Shipping time is based on the shipping carriers you choose.

Europe & North America: usually 5-8 business days of shipping time

Other Regions: usually 5-15 business days of shipping time

* Please note the delivery time = processing time + shipping time

(This does not include any customs delays, weekends, holiday periods, and any unforeseen circumstances.)


4. Carriers

We use major shipping carriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL & USPS).


5. Weight Reference of Category

-Metal glasses: around 20-30g, depending on design difference

-Plastic glasses: around 20-55g, depending on design difference

-TR90 glasses: around 15-30g, depending on design difference


6. Incorrect Addresses / Address Change

If you change the delivery address later, the delivery company will charge extra fees. You will have to pay these extra fees. We cannot promise that the package will reach a changed address. So, please give the right shipping address when you place your order. If the package is refused or sent back to us because of the wrong address, you will need to pay for all the shipping costs.


7. Logistic Problem

Fasely is not accountable for any packages that get damaged during transportation. If your package arrives damaged, you should tell the delivery company. Remember, Fasely is not responsible for any issues like mishandling, damage, loss, theft, or disappearance of packages after they leave our warehouse with a valid tracking number from the carrier. Customers are responsible to pay all taxes, fees, duties, and customs charges set by their local government.
