Return Policy

Customer Satisfaction is our #1 Priority. If not completely satisfied, returns are accepted within 7 days from the package receive date.


All packages must remain in original condition with all tags and labels attached. The quantity and the color of sunglasses must remain the same as it was shipped. We recommend all items be inspected upon arrival. After 7 days, no return will be accepted. No exchange is accepted.


To initiate a return


1. Contact Customer Service

Please send us an email at service@fasely.com within 7 days from the package receive date with the following information:

-Order Number

-Style Number

-Reason for Return

-Photos (only required for returning for defective or damaged)


2. Get Your RMA Number

Once we receive the return request, an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number will be provided.

The return will not be accepted without RMA number.


3. Ship Your Package

Please ship the items in the original shipping material or in a sturdy box to prevent damage in transit. The customer is responsible for the cost associated with the return shipping except for manufacture defects and wrong items sent.

Please leave a paper note with your RMA number in the package, then ship it to the return address we provided and send us the tracking number.


4. Get Your Refund

Once we receive the return package, it will take 3 business days to process the return.

The original shipping cost will be deducted for those orders that received free shipping except returns for manufacture defects or wrong items sent. The refund will be provided in the form of the original payment or in-store credit.


Note: Refused, unclaimed, undeliverable orders and/or merchandise returned due to customers' errors are subject to a 20% restocking fee in addition to all freight charges.
